Human Exportin 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com, intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CRM1 (Exportin 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised anti-CRM1 antibody, a biotinylated anti-CRM1 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.123 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Average recovery values are reported as 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Sample dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the product is supplied for research use only.
