Human Exosome Component 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Exosome Component 2 (RRP4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for RRP4, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-RRP4 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm, with the assay range stated as 0.156–10 ng/ml and sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml.

Reported total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Recovery has been demonstrated in serum (80%–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81%–101%, average 91%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80%–89%, average 84%, n=5).
