Human Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factor 4A2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human eIF4A2 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) pre-coated with an antibody specific for eIF4A2. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-eIF4A2 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with the concentration of eIF4A2 calculated by reference to a standard curve.
