Human Esophageal Cancer Related Gene 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Augurin (Esophageal Cancer Related Gene 4) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody specific for Augurin pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips); bound target is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Augurin Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate used to produce a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The concentration of Augurin is calculated by reference to the standard curve.

Sensitivity is <30 pg/ml with a quantitative assay range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5). Supplied reagents include a pre-coated 96 well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A (120μl), Detection Solution B (120μl), 30X Wash Buffer (20ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45ml), TMB Substrate (9ml), Stop Solution (6ml) and plate sealers.
