Human ER Lipid Raft Associated Protein 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ER Lipid Raft Associated Protein 2 (ERLIN2) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique with an antibody specific for ERLIN2 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, and is intended for use with a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is <0.115 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Following addition of standards and samples, captured ERLIN2 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-ERLIN2 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and stopped with acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm. Reported ranges in matched sample matrices across the dilutions tested are 80–102% for serum, 81–101% for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% for heparin plasma.

The pre-coated microplate is supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, with a total assay time of approximately 4 h 30 min. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
