Human ER Lipid Raft Associated Protein 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human ERLIN1 (ER Lipid Raft Associated Protein 1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate and produces a colorimetric readout measured on a standard microplate reader.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of <0.107 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery has been validated in serum (n=5, 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, 81%-101%, average 91%) and heparin plasma (n=5, 80%-89%, average 84%). Linearity has been assessed across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The kit is suitable for tissue homogenates.

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components are stored at either +4°C or -20°C as detailed in the product insert.
