Human EPOR ELISA Kit

EPOR is a type I transmembrane cytokine receptor that mediates the cellular response to erythropoietin, the principal hormone governing red blood cell production in the bone marrow.

Researchers studying anemia, polycythemia vera, chronic kidney disease, myelodysplastic syndromes, and erythropoiesis signaling employ this kit to quantify receptor expression in cell lysates, supernatant fractions, and tissue homogenates. The assay uses pre-titrated matched antibody pairs to capture the EPOR analyte, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate for signal generation.

Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 individual reactions. Components should be kept refrigerated upon arrival and protected from light to preserve antibody activity; the conjugate and standards must not be subjected to repeated freeze-thaw cycles. A standard curve is generated from a serial dilution of the recombinant EPOR calibrator supplied in the box, allowing interpolation of unknown sample concentrations.
