Human Epidermal Growth Factor ELISA Kit

Reported spike-and-recovery values across 5 samples each are 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity for 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions spans 87-107% for serum, 84-108% for EDTA plasma, and 82-105% for heparin plasma.
