Human Ephrin B2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Ephrin B2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. It uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, with quantification performed by reading absorbance at 450 nm on a standard colorimetric microplate reader.

The workflow uses a biotinylated anti-Ephrin B2 detection antibody paired with an HRP conjugate and TMB substrate. Signal develops as a blue product that turns yellow after addition of the stop solution, with the intensity of yellow directly proportional to the amount of Ephrin B2 captured in each well. The included standard curve supports quantification across 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a reported sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml. Sample recovery in serum has been reported in the range of 80–102% (average 91%, n=5), with EDTA plasma at 81–100% (average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma at 80–89% (average 84%, n=5). The complete assay procedure takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
