Human Ephrin A1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative determination of human Ephrin A1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-Ephrin A1 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.066 ng/ml, and the total incubation time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is suitable for serum, plasma and tissue homogenate samples, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, with the standard and pre-coated plate kept at -20°C.
