Human EpCAM ELISA Kit

This quantitative sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human EpCAM in cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with a monoclonal antibody specific for human EpCAM, together with an HRP-linked detection antibody and a colorimetric substrate, so that the amount of bound EpCAM is read by absorbance.

No significant cross-reactivity has been observed, and the kit can assay both native and recombinant human EpCAM. Quoted performance figures are a product range of 31.25–2000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of 8.39 pg/ml, and an average recovery of 85% from serum samples. Components should be stored at +4°C, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
