Human Enhancer Of Zeste Homolog 2 ELISA Kit

Offered by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human EZH2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for EZH2, a biotinylated anti-EZH2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Captured analyte is visualised using TMB substrate, producing a blue colour that turns yellow after addition of stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Stated sensitivity is 0.058 ng/ml and the working range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 × 8 well strips), lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as indicated. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (80–89%).
