Human Engrailed Homeobox Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com, the Human EN2 ELISA Kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Engrailed Homeobox Protein 2 (EN2) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for EN2, and bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-EN2 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm with a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.058 ng/ml, with a working assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is for research use only.
