Human Endoplasmic Reticulum Aminopeptidase 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Endoplasmic Reticulum Aminopeptidase 2 (ERAP2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for ERAP2 pre-coated onto a microplate, with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate for signal generation.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.115 ng/ml across a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with colourimetric detection read at 450 nm against a TMB substrate reaction. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% in serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% in EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% in heparin plasma (n=5 for each matrix).

Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, with incubation steps performed at 37 °C. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
