Human Endoglin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human CD105 (Endoglin) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The format uses a 96-well pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection, read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

The assay employs the sandwich immunoassay principle in which an immobilized anti-CD105 antibody captures CD105 from standards or test samples, a biotinylated anti-CD105 antibody binds the captured analyte, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate together with TMB substrate produces a yellow colour whose intensity is proportional to the CD105 concentration. Reported performance specifications include a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.054 ng/ml. The kit shows no reported cross-reactivity. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
