Human Ectonucleotide Pyrophosphatase/Phosphodiesterase 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this human ENPP2/ATX ELISA kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of ENPP2/ATX in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a colorimetric endpoint, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and concentration calculated against a standard curve.

Reported sensitivity is <32.28 pg/ml with an assay range of 93.8–6000 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min. The protocol uses a biotinylated anti-ENPP2/ATX detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, which produces a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to ENPP2/ATX captured in each well.
