Human E2F Transcription Factor 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human E2F Transcription Factor 2 (E2F2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate, with a Biotinylated Anti-E2F2 detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative assay has a sensitivity of <0.068 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m. Recovery was validated in serum (n=5, range 80% – 102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81% – 100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80% – 89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity was confirmed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types.
