Human E1A Binding Protein P300 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the quantitative in vitro determination of human KAT3B/p300 (E1A Binding Protein P300) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Detection uses a biotinylated anti-KAT3B/p300 antibody followed by HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow after addition of the acidic stop solution; the intensity of the yellow colour is proportional to the amount of KAT3B/p300 captured in each well.

The assay has a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.071 ng/ml and a total run time of 4h 30m. Reported mean recovery is 91% in serum (range 83–100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 91–102%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89–102%). Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
