Human Dystrophin ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format immunoassay from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dystrophin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-Dystrophin detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin / TMB substrate colourmetric readout measured at 450 nm. The full protocol runs in approximately 4h 30m, with kit components stored between -20°C and +4°C as specified.

Quantitative performance is supported by a standard curve spanning 0.156–10 ng/ml and a reported sensitivity of <0.056 ng/ml. Sample behaviour has been characterised for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, observed recovery ranges fall between 74–107% for serum, 79–108% for EDTA plasma, and 82–105% for heparin plasma, with associated average recoveries of 91%, 90%, and 84% respectively.

Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, 120 µl of Detection Solution A, 120 µl of Detection Solution B, 20 ml of 30X Wash Buffer, 45 ml of Sample Dilution Buffer, 9 ml of TMB Substrate, 6 ml of Stop Solution, and 5 adhesive plate sealers.
