Human Dystrophin Associated Glycoprotein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dystrophin Associated Glycoprotein 1 (DAG1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. Reactivity is confirmed for human samples.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-DAG1 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The detection range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
