Human Dysferlin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dysferlin in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Dysferlin in standards and test samples is captured by an immobilised antibody, detected with a Biotinylated Anti-Dysferlin Antibody, and visualised via an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate reaction. The reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with the resulting absorbance compared against a standard curve to calculate Dysferlin concentration.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of <0.141 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product must not be used past its expiration date. Source data also reports spike-and-recovery values for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, together with dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions.
