Human Dynein, Axonemal, Heavy Chain 11 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human DNAH11 (Dynein, Axonemal, Heavy Chain 11) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for DNAH11 pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where DNAH11 is captured by the immobilized antibody and then detected using a Biotinylated Anti-DNAH11 Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The concentration of DNAH11 is calculated by referring to the standard curve.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of <0.127 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery averages (n=5) are reported as Serum 91% (range 83–100%), EDTA Plasma 94% (range 90–98%), and Heparin Plasma 95% (range 89–102%). Parallelism/dilution linearity at 1:2 to 1:16 is reported as 83–110%, 79–100%, 90–98%, and 82–108% for Serum; 90–98%, 90–105%, 73–109%, and 87–91% for EDTA Plasma; and 88–103%, 77–105%, 95–98%, and 87–110% for Heparin Plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date.
