Human Dynamin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dynamin 2. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for Dynamin 2; standards and samples are added to the wells, then a biotinylated anti-Dynamin 2 antibody followed by an HRP conjugate are used to detect the captured target. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, and the concentration of Dynamin 2 is calculated from the absorbance read at 450 nm against the standard curve.

The kit is suitable for tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids and is supplied as a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with standard, detection reagents, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. The assay is reported as specific for Dynamin 2 with no significant cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
