Human Dynamin 1 ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dynamin 1, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is suitable for tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-Dynamin 1 detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, employing TMB substrate for colorimetric detection read at 450nm.

The quantitative immunoassay has a reported sensitivity of 0.112 ng/ml and a standard curve range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Standards and samples are incubated with the immobilized capture antibody, washed, and then incubated sequentially with biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with the intensity of the yellow colour proportional to the amount of Dynamin 1 captured in each well.
