Human Duffy Blood Group Chemokine Receptor ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human DARC (Duffy Blood Group Chemokine Receptor) in serum, plasma, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-DARC antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is generated using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance characteristics include an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.062 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Recovery has been evaluated across sample matrices: average 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Linearity has been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
