Human Dual Specificity Phosphatase 6 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dual Specificity Phosphatase 6 (DUSP6) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The kit employs an antibody specific for DUSP6 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Captured DUSP6 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-DUSP6 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration calculated by reference to a standard curve.

Quantitative measurement is supported by a reported assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.122 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours and 30 minutes. Reported recovery ranges for spiked samples are 80-102% for serum (n=5, average 91%), 81-100% for EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%) and 80-89% for heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%).
