Human Dual Specificity Phosphatase 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dual Specificity Phosphatase 1 (MKP-1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a biotinylated anti-MKP-1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate visualised using TMB substrate. Colour development is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader, with the optical density proportional to the amount of MKP-1 captured in each well.

The standard curve covers an assay range of 31.2–2000 pg/ml, with a reported sensitivity of 12.9 pg/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m, and the platform is a colourmetric pre-coated microplate read on a standard microplate reader. Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated for each item, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
