Human Doublecortin Like Kinase 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this kit provides a quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the in vitro determination of human Doublecortin Like Kinase 1 (DCAMKL1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. It is reactive with human samples and uses a colorimetric readout on a microplate reader at 450 nm, with TMB substrate producing a yellow-coloured product proportional to DCAMKL1 concentration.

The assay covers a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml and a total run time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Capture occurs via a pre-coated anti-DCAMKL1 antibody, with detection through a biotinylated anti-DCAMKL1 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Reported recovery values are 80%–102% (average 91%) in serum, 81%–100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma.
