Human Dopamine Transporter ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dopamine Transporter in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. Standards and samples are captured by an immobilised anti-Dopamine Transporter antibody, detected with a biotinylated anti-Dopamine Transporter antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, and visualised using TMB substrate with an acidic stop solution. Total assay time is 4h 30m and the working assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml.

Spike-and-recovery has been evaluated in serum (n=5, average 91%, range 80-102%), EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%, range 81-100%) and heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%, range 80-89%). Parallel dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same matrices. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol.
