Human Dopamine Receptor D3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dopamine Receptor D3 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Reported standard range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.063 ng/ml. Average recovery in serum (n=5) is 91% (range 80%–102%), in EDTA plasma 90% (range 81%–100%), and in heparin plasma 84% (range 80%–89%). Dilution linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
