Human DNAJB3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human DNAJB3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is reported as specific for DNAJB3 with no known cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

The kit is built around a pre-coated microplate using a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm. Quantitative results are generated by comparing sample absorbance against a standard curve. The full assay is completed in 4 hours using a colorimetric detection format.

Spike-and-recovery testing across 10 samples of each matrix reports average recoveries of 94% in serum, 91% in EDTA plasma, and 93% in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 gave recovery ranges of 85-102%, 83-101%, and 81-96% for serum; 87-99%, 82-100%, and 81-94% for EDTA plasma; and 87-102%, 90-100%, and 85-100% for heparin plasma. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.
