Human DNA Methyltransferase 3B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human DNA Methyltransferase 3B (Dnmt3b) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-Dnmt3b antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate; TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reactivity is human, with a reported assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Manufacturer validation includes recovery and linearity testing across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.
