Human Dkk-1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Dkk-1 in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma. A monoclonal antibody specific for human Dkk-1 is immobilised on the microwells; standards or samples are added, followed by a biotin-linked detection antibody, and bound analyte is detected with streptavidin-HRP and a colorimetric substrate read on a microplate reader. The kit assays both native and recombinant human Dkk-1 and has shown no significant cross-reactivity. Reported sensitivity is 2.97 pg/ml, with a product range of 62.50 - 4000 pg/ml and an average recovery from serum samples of 100%.
