Human Discs, Large Homolog 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SAP102 (Discs, Large Homolog 3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with concentrations derived from a standard curve produced from a lyophilized standard. Sensitivity is 0.115 ng/ml, the standard curve spans 0.312–20 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes around 4h 30m.

The kit provides Detection Solutions A and B, a 30X wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported mean recoveries are 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5), with linearity data provided across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions.
