Human Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV ELISA Kit

From the Assays and Kits line at Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV (DPP4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (configured as 12 x 8 well strips) using a biotinylated anti-DPP4 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed via TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <14.8 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Across n=5 samples, average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Linearity is also reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions. Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
