Human Dipeptidyl Peptidase 8 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative determination of human Dipeptidyl Peptidase 8 (DPP8) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

It employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, a total assay time of 4h 30m, a reported sensitivity of <0.117 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml.

Recovery performance is reported for serum at 80%–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma at 81%–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma at 80%–89% (average 84%). Supplied components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with kit components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
