Human Dipeptidase 2 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human Dipeptidase 2 (DPEP2) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the quantitative measurement of human DPEP2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate bearing an antibody specific for DPEP2, used in combination with a biotinylated anti-DPEP2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate.

Following incubation with TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution, the colour intensity read at 450 nm is proportional to the amount of DPEP2 captured in the well. Reported sensitivity is 0.069 ng/ml with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the complete assay protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
