Human Dihydrolipoyl Dehydrogenase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of Lipoamide Dehydrogenase in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with antibody specific for Lipoamide Dehydrogenase, and detection uses a biotinylated anti-Lipoamide Dehydrogenase antibody together with HRP-Avidin conjugate. Bound enzyme is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a yellow-coloured product whose intensity is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers 1.56-100 U/L with a sensitivity of 1.3 U/L, and the assay is completed in 4h 30m. Reported average recovery is 91% for serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, n=5), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
