Human Dickkopf Related Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human Dickkopf Related Protein 1 (DKK1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is built on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated anti-DKK1 detection antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The colourmetric reaction is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with the resulting yellow intensity proportional to the amount of DKK1 captured in each well when compared against the standard curve.

The kit has a product range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <30 pg/ml. Validated sample recoveries include serum (80-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80-89%, average 84%). Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
