Human Di-N-Acetyl Chitobiase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Di-N-acetylchitobiase in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with an antibody specific for Di-N-acetylchitobiase immobilised on the plate. Standards and samples are incubated in the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Di-N-acetylchitobiase Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The reaction is visualised with a TMB substrate that produces a colour change proportional to target concentration, quantified by reading absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported at 0.071 ng/ml with a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the full assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the stated expiration date.
