Human Desmoyokin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Desmoyokin (AHNAK) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for the target pre-coated onto a microplate to capture AHNAK from standards and test samples.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.117 ng/ml with a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Reported average recovery is 91% for serum (n=5, range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%). Dilution linearity is reported across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is supplied on a pre-coated 96-well microplate platform. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
