Human Desmocollin 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Desmocollin 1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for Desmocollin 1, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change read at 450nm on a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is 0.057 ng/ml, the quantitative range is 0.156-10 ng/ml, and the assay can be completed in approximately 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is for research use only.

Average recoveries are reported as 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma, with dilution linearity data provided for 1:2 through 1:16 sample dilutions in each matrix.
