Human Dermatopontin ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Dermatopontin (DPT/TRAMP) in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-DPT/TRAMP detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Signal is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on the label.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the assay has a sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. In spiked recovery testing across five replicates per matrix, average recoveries were 91% in serum (range 80%–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81%–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80%–89%).
