Human Delta Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human DLL1 (Delta Like Protein 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for DLL1; bound DLL1 is detected with a biotinylated anti-DLL1 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour whose intensity is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The total incubation time is 4h 30m and reactivity is confirmed for human samples. Quoted performance: assay range 0.156-10 ng/ml; sensitivity <0.075 ng/ml. Recovery has been characterised in serum (range 80% - 102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81% - 100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (range 80% - 89%, average 84%), with dilution linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same matrices.
