Human Dedicator Of Cytokinesis 3 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human DOCK3 (Dedicator of Cytokinesis 3) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) bearing an antibody specific for DOCK3. Standards and test samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-DOCK3 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is added; the enzymatic reaction yields a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of DOCK3 is calculated against a standard curve.

The reported assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colourimetric. Sample recovery (n=5) has been demonstrated in serum (range 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (range 80%-89%, average 84%). Linearity upon dilution from 1:2 to 1:16 is reported as 87-91% to 92-97% for serum, 90-105% to 79-108% for EDTA plasma, and 84-95% to 89-91% for heparin plasma.
