Human DEAD Box Polypeptide 5 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human DDX5 (DEAD Box Polypeptide 5) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids, including serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate together with a biotinylated anti-DDX5 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is developed with TMB substrate and read as absorbance at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <0.062 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery in serum (n=5) is 80-102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 81-100% (average 90%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) 80-89% (average 84%). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on the individual vials and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
