Human Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Associated Antigen 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Associated Antigen 4 (CTLA4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a colorimetric read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

According to the manufacturer, the kit has a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml and a measurement range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery values across five replicates were: serum 80%–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81%–100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 80%–89% (average 84%). Linearity at serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was reported as follows: serum (n=5) 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108%; and heparin plasma (n=5) 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91%. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 μl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and adhesive plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.

Reactivity is limited to human samples.
