Human Cytokine Receptor Like Factor 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CRLF1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate and read at 450 nm with a colorimetric microplate reader.

Following the sandwich enzyme immunoassay principle, an antibody specific for CRLF1 is immobilised on the plate to capture analyte from standards and samples. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-CRLF1 Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the stop solution; the absorbance at 450 nm is proportional to bound CRLF1 and is quantified against a standard curve. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported sensitivity is <0.051 ng/ml and the working range is 0.156-10 ng/ml. Sample validation results (n=5) showed ranges of 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated; the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
