Human Cytochrome P450 Reductase ELISA Kit

An in vitro quantitative sandwich ELISA for the determination of human Cytochrome P450 Reductase, distributed by Antibodies.com. The kit is intended for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, and employs a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The standard curve covers a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.060 ng/ml, and the complete assay is performed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated across serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%, n=5). Linear dilution of samples at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 has been assessed, with serum ranging 74%–107%, EDTA plasma 79%–108% and heparin plasma 82%–105% across the dilutions tested. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
