Human Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MTCO2 (Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids.

The kit uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for MTCO2. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-MTCO2 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow with stop solution; absorbance is read at 450nm and the MTCO2 concentration is calculated against a standard curve. Stated sensitivity is <0.119 ng/ml, the assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.
